Refund and Returns Policy

At Max Real Estate, we are dedicated to providing excellent services and products. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products: You may return most products purchased from Max Real Estate within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Services: Due to the nature of real estate services, we do not offer refunds on services once they have been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss your concerns. We may offer adjustments or alternative solutions.

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@maxrealestate.click or call us at (619) 440-1089 within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details. We will then provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the item to the following address:

    You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Non-refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom or special orders, are not eligible for a refund or return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please retain all original packaging for inspection purposes.
